BioMedEcon is a leading provider of health economics and outcomes research. BioMedEcon asked AVIarts to implement WordPress as a content management system so that all parts of the site would be editable so that company staff could maintain the site without the need for regular IT services.
AVIarts converted a pre-existing web site design and content into a WordPress web site and extended WordPress to enable staff at the company to maintain all content on the web site. Staff can post PDF and Powerpoint files as articles and presentations and categorize them using a custom taxonomy system. The site makes use of WordPress custom content types, taxonomy, customized back-end/dashboard, multiple user types and integration of 3rd party plugins.
