WP Inline Comment Errors plug-in
Default error messages
These are the possible error messages that the plug-in displays in the default configuration.
If the author field is empty then it will display:
Name field: Please include your name.
If the email field is empty or not a valid email (validates with WordPress core is_email
function) then it will display:
Email field: Please include a valid email.
If the comment field is empty then it will display:
Comment field: Please include a comment.
If the comment is a duplicate then it will display:
Comment field: This is a duplicate comment. Please post a new comment.
You can create your own messages using the plug-in functions (read Validation functions). The current version of the plug-in does not yet have a WordPress back end user interface control panel for typing your own custom messages. This is planned for a future version.
I am a bit confused. Can I create a po/mo file for bypass these messages by language?
Never mind, I found your instructions here 😀

Thanks for your comment and using the plug-in. Let me know if you have more questions. I would like to work with someone to translate the plug-in’s default messages into other languages.
Hayden, I am using your plugin for free, thanks to your generosity so the minimum for me is to be at your disposal for the translation!
