Translating the plug-in
As of version 1.1, there are complete instructions for how to translate and test your translation of the plug-in in the translation-instructions.rtf file found in the plug-in folder.
File location in your WordPress install or plug-in folder should be:
wp-content/plugins/wp-inline-comment-errors/translation-instructions.rtf
Visit the WordPress plug-in page to find out which languages the plug-in currently supports.
